Spring is coming along / Eclosion de color, es Primavera

Did you ever see that post before in my blog ?  It was about Spring is coming with lots of colours...
Casual Spring in this case ..Please have a look and understand what I mean, isn't it  gorgeous! is for my guys !
I found in a Quilt magazine that  from Fons and Porter. I like it, easy to understand .

Inside you will find a the designer of this Denim Quilt...I told before that I fall in love and immediately thought in my son Roger and Helen...
I cannot give you the pattern, which is copyright matter..but you will understand when see the pictures..
For those who love Cathedral Windows is so easy..and it seems is a kind of  Japanese Folding Quilt technique



Here is my version ...no perfect in the back side, I had to admit , It can be improved !! LOL

If it would be now..I would make stitches in same colour :blue

Be indulgent , is more difficult to handle than I thought :-))

Esta es mi version del quilt que encontre en esta revista arriba referenciada ..me enamore y lo pense para mis hijos..pronto lo van a tener en casa ..
Por temas legales no hay tutorial..pero para los amantes de Catedral windows es facil con solo verlo y el patron que ella ofrece es sencillo, lo dificil es manejarlo , yo no le he puesto acolchado, lo encuentro muy recio para ser manta de cama, lo concibo para decorar o en un sofa, tambien picnic...Espero sea de interes.

Like a breath of spring.../Como un soplo de Primavera !

When I'm not sewing , I'm dreaming in a new project and , sometimes, lost with butterflies in my head,
I'm always learning as much as I can...I saw this tutorial in 'Easy Quilt' magazine ..and I fall in love ..I would like the same for my guys !! I love the layout and the recycle idea ! There we go ..THE FUN BEGINS !

Stay tuned..because this project promises..I know most of you will love to do it for your favorite armchair !!
Here the first step...Get rid of leftover scrap ..(Will I be able? )

Made from Blue Jeans  ​recovered from the family and second hand stores....
for the moment I was cutting more than 80 circles....LOL and I will need more.

You know what ?   I have tones of leftover blue jeans now in my studio...wow ..tones !
but at the same time, I will use as much strips/scraps  from my stash as I can...would finish all of them (impossible..isn't it ?)

Cuando no estoy cosiendo  (una seria adiccio'n), suenio en un nuevo proyecto , a veces perdida y con pajaros revoloteando en la cabeza, siempre con deseos de aprender cuanto mas mejor...  Buscando inspiracio'n en la web y en revistas me encontre' con este tutorial , en "Easy Quilt" . Supe desde el principio que seri'a para mis chicos.
Me encanta como se ve terminado y ...LA DIVERSION COMIENZA !!

Estad al loro , porque estoy segura que muchas de vosotras lo vais a querer para vuestro sillo'n favorito .
El primer paso: Terminar con todos los retales...y creando de nuevos ..ja ja  , mi estudio esta' lleno de piezas sobrantes de tejano...ufffffffff , ya que esta hecho de tejanos viejos de la familia..(y rebuscando en tiendas de segunda mano) ,hemos hecho una colecta y mi intencio'n era hacer una pieza familiar con todas las manos cortando ci'rculos..pero al final ha sido imposible..solo me acompanian en este trabajo mis dos fieles asistentes: Tina y Cendra , mis queridas perras.
Yo solita tengo que cortar alrededor de 100 ci'rculos ..no esta mal eh !!
Que pensais que puede ser ?  no es dificil, lo se, pero pongamos un poco de misterio a ver si me dejais algun comentario.
